Product Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

✔️ Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
✔️ The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
✔️ Returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

2. Return Process

1️⃣ Contact Customer Support:

  • Share order details and product issue with clear images.

2️⃣ Inspection & Approval:

  • Our team will review your complaint.
  • Once approved, you will receive a return confirmation.

3️⃣ Refund/Replacement:

  • After receiving the returned product, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

❌ Partially used or customer-damaged products cannot be returned.
❌ Discounted or promotional items are generally non-returnable.
❌ Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer (unless the issue is from our end).

If the Distributor resigns from his/her distributorship after the expiry of 30 days from the date of purchase of products from Aplixa Business Services Pvt. Ltd., the amount refunded will be equal to distributor cost of the products being returned, less total bonus paid out by the Company on the original purchase, less 10% service charge.
