Shipping and Delivery Policy


AplixaPay has an objective to provide highest level of Distributor satisfaction. We ensure that the Distributor experience post purchase is smooth, seamless and delightful w.r.t. the quality and speed of delivery. We ship our products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges

  •     Shipping Charges are depends on weight & distance, however minimum shipping charge of Rs. 45 is applicable. Final shipping charges will be available when you enter your address and quantity of products.
  •     The shipping charge applicable per quantity of the product can be checked by entering your pin code details on the product pages.
  •     These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
  •     The shipping charges can be modified by AplixaPay at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
  •     Every once in a while, AplixaPay brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers/distributors. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.

Estimated Delivery Time

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 1 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. We try to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition.
Hidden Charges ( GST, Octroi etc)

You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
Tracking Packages

We will mail/sms you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address/mobile no. In case you do not receive a mail/sms from us within 48hrs of placing an order please contact with our customer care. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Shipping Errors and Damages

The Distributors are advised that if the packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of accepting delivery of the goods, they should refuse to take delivery of the package and immediately call their respective Aplixa Branch office or write an e-mail to mentioning the order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is sent to the Distributor at the earliest.
Non-availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
